Join us in celebrating the legacy of Keith Haring and raising awareness for AIDS activism through creative expression!

CAMP Rehoboth is offering a workshop - Drawn Together: A Tribute to Keith Haring and AIDS Activism. Below you’ll find information about the workshop and the opportunity to create at home to be part of this! Click on the link below for additional information and to register to reserve your spot!

About the Workshop
The workshop, led by artist Jane Knaus, welcomes all ages and all skill levels and is FREE, with all materials provided. With space limited to 20 participants, early registration is recommended. Join us on Saturday, November 23, from 1–4 p.m., in the Elkins-Archibald Atrium at CAMP Rehoboth.

Participants will be introduced to Haring’s influential work and unique style, exploring his vibrant, socially conscious approach to art. Rather than aiming for perfection, the workshop will guide you through creative exercises designed to inspire self-expression, build confidence, and ignite your imagination. This session offers a unique opportunity to connect with others, have fun, and contribute to a meaningful community project.

Exhibition Details
Artwork created during the workshop will be exhibited at CAMP Rehoboth from December 1, 2024, through January 10, 2025. The exhibit launches on World AIDS Day (December 1), underscoring CAMP Rehoboth’s commitment to community connection, awareness, and social impact.

Additional Participation Opportunity
For those unable to attend the workshop, we offer an at-home creation option. You’re invited to contribute an 11” x 14” piece made in tribute to Haring’s art and legacy. To participate this way, simply select the “at-home art creation” option when registering.

Thank you for your interest and commitment to this meaningful event. We look forward to sharing this experience with you and celebrating the powerful legacy of Keith Haring.
