Yoga for Men

Join us for Saturday morning yoga for men at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center.
During this program, we will apply the practices of Yoga to create a safe space for positive masculinity, shared experience of common anatomy, and in the formation of union with the authentic Self. There are many paths that lead to the state of Yoga, but all are meant to develop awareness and the understanding that we are already whole. All levels are welcome, and everyone will be given the opportunity to modify or advance their practice, based upon their preferences.
The teacher of this class will be Tim Rennick. Tim has been practicing yoga since the late 1990’s and became certified to teach in 2010. Currently Tim is practitioner of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, but also enjoy studying a variety of Yoga lineages. Additionally, Tim holds a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
