Planned Parenthood has locations in all three counties of Delaware. They offer gender affirming hormone therapy for patients over the age of 18 throughout the state. They also provide provide outpatient therapy, surgical letter writing services, and case management around the legal transition process.
TransParent is a volunteer-run organization providing parents and caregivers open, nonjudgmental opportunities to connect, exchange resources, grow, and advocate for our trans and gender-expansive community. Transitions Delaware was founded to serve within and beyond the LGBTQ+ Community, Our Families & Allies through offering: Counseling Services, Consultation Sessions, and Personalized Training
The Village Delaware is a community of LGBTQ+ youth and adults, and their allies, dedicated to empowering and supporting members of all ages. The Village is located in Northern Delaware, and hosts events most often online, or in Wilmington at the Central YMCA. We aim to provide safe social engagements, mentorship, resources, education, and leadership opportunities for youth and adults.

Trevor Project Provides confidential support for LGBTQ youth in crisis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A national, 24-hour, toll free confidential suicide prevention service for LGBTQ youth.
